SC Fine Art and the Ramón Santiago Studio Announce: Art at the Jazz Fest! - A unique exhibit by some of Rochester’s most well known artists. Art at the Jazz Fest! which ran during the 2012 Xerox Rochester International Jazz Festival, will be on exhibit throughout the summer at the SC Fine Art Gallery & the Ramón Santiago Studio's new location. A closing reception is planned from 6pm-9pm on Friday August 3, 2012 and is free and open to the public. SC Fine Art & the Ramón Santiago Studio is located in the Hungerford Arts Complex at 1115 E. Main St, Rochester, NY 14609 (Entrance @ Door #7 - Suite 310)
Art at the Jazz Fest! was curated by art dealer and owner of SC Fine Art and the Ramón Santiago Studio, Steven Argento, exclusively for the 2012 Xerox Rochester International Jazz Festival. Drawing inspiration from Rochester’s internationally recognized festival, each artist created unique original works of art for this exhibit. In addition, all participating artists of Art at the Jazz Fest! graciously donated an original piece of work to the CDS-Monarch Warrior Salute House in Penfield, NY. This program was created specifically for veterans in transition, suffering from Combat Related Post Traumatic Stress and Traumatic Brain Injuries. These artists will be recognized for their donation at the closing reception on Aug 3rd, 2012 from 6pm - 9pm.
Alongside the works of Rochester's most popular and well collected artist, Ramón Santiago, participating artists include:
Paul & Christine Knoblauch - Internationally collected and recognized sulptural and functional metal artists
Frank Argento - Award winning artist and Professor of Fine Art & Design at Rochester Institute of Technology
Greg Polisseni - Nationally emerging abstract artist and philanthropist

We will be raising money for the Friends of Ramón Golf Tournament, benefitting Camp Good Days & Special Times. The Ramón Santiago Arts & Crafts Building is close to being funded for the Good Days Campers and all sales from the evening will benefit the underwriting of construction and continuing Arts & Crafts Program.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
No, but anyone bringing a printed ticket to the event will be eligible for a special drawing of a framed Santiago lithograph. This drawing will be separate from additional raffle drawing opportunities that evening.
What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
Parking is on site and there will be additional overflow parking at nearby locations. Security & Lot Atendants will direct you.
